I learnt 7 ways to improve my memory. They are Don't skimp on exercise or sleep, making time for friends and fun , keeping stress in check, eating a brain -boosting diet, giving our brain a workout, using mnemonic devices to make memorization easier and enhancing our ability to learn and remember. Some of them improve our memory by biology such as eating healthy food, drinking wine, doing exercise and having good quality sleep. Some of them improve our memory by some techniques such as meditation, spending happy time with friends, shaking things up time to time, giving a challenge to ourselves, combining things we already know, try to understand the main idea, review every day and creating some new words and sentences by things we want to remember, and associating things we want to remember with pictures or places. I will improve my memory by eating a brain-boosting diet and using mnemonic devices to make memorization easier. Because they are convenient and useful for me.
My memory is poor, and if I want to improve my memory, I will choose “Make time for friends and fun” and “Eat a brain-boosting diet” because these two ways are easy for me. First, “Make time for friends and fun” means organization time between school, work, and friends. When socialized with people, laugh at myself and spend time with fun can help me to improve my memory, that’s easy. “Eat a brain-boosting diet” is much easier, what I need to do is having a healthy eating diet, like eating colorful fruits and green vegetable to saturated fat and calorie.
I learned seven tips about improving my memory in last class. These tips are not to skimp on exercise or sleep, making time for friends and fun, keeping stress in check, eating a brain-boosting diet, giving your brain a workout, using mnemonic devices to make memorization easier. Then, also here are tips for enhancing your ability to learn and remember. Not skimping on exercise or sleep is one of the tips. Exercising or long and deep sleeping makes my brain activated. Next, making time for friends and fun is good way because laughing with my friends helps me to memorize more clearly in my brain. Also, our stress is cut down by meditation which means focusing on one thing and thinking about it deeply. Our memory is destroyed by stress, but we can improve focus, concentration, creativity, and learning and reasoning skills. Also, I need to have healthy foods and attending various activities are works for our brain. To memorization easier, I need to combine an object with some visual thing. To improve my memory, I need to have healthy and exciting life style, and get a knack to memorize effectively. If I choose two tips in them, I would choose making time for friends fun and keep stress in check. I did not know that laughing with my friends is good for my brain. I have never meditated. However, if I have enough time,these would be easy to do for me.
In this class.I learned a lot of way to help me memory , this is a good thing.i think "give your brain a workout"is good for me,In my opinion, if you want to help improve memory, often with a brain like a machine, if you not often have to use it will be broken.brain is the same, if you do not often it will be more and more dull.and i also like "don't skimp on exercise or sleep",i have saw a story, Scientists was make a test, a part of the people do sports after learning and the other part of people do not exercise, the people after exercise's memory are more faster and better.and sleep is also important.
Build up memory is important to everyone having a better life. Last class I learnt a lot of information about improve my memory. First, I will have a good sleep every night, it provide oxygen for my brain. Second, I want to make time for friends and always laugh with friends. Third, keep an eye on my diet can not only good for keep in shape but also for my brain. Limited calories and saturated fat, more colorful and green vegetables and fruits. I'd love to do that. It has the three elemnts that a perfect workout should has which are unfamiliar, chalenging, and fun work. Secondly, good diet led us to keep our brain in a good shape. I will try to eat fish more than before; because it can lower the develpmenting of alzahaymer. Also, I'm going to noticed the cals and fats that meals contained. Furthermore, I am planning to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables which I eat every day. I think this would be my choices for the best tips that I am going to do them.

I try to keep my body youthful and healthy by focusing on a healthy diet and consistent exercise routines that help give me a strong body and mind. It interests me how our body, brain and mental health are affected by our lifestyle. A lot of people don’t know how important your food and mental health is in keeping you safe from illness and infection; or perhaps many people just didn’t care. But, all your choices in life have an effect on your body and brain’s health. To improve my memories I try to eat food that has a positive influence on me. I eat vitamins every day, including the vitamin omega 3 or fish oil. I try to eat healthy food and that means that I try not to eat too much processed food. I rarely eat food with a lot of carbohydrates in it, because I don’t think carbs are necessary for our bodies. Some foods I avoid with a lot of carbohydrates in them are bread, pasta, rice and other corn products. It can be really hard not to eat carbs, because it is included in most dishes. Instead of carbohydrates, I eat a lot of meat and protein products, mostly chicken and fish. In this way I also get omega 3 fish oil from the fish; which is good for skin, hair and even your brain. Besides protein products and meat, I eat fruit and vegetables. I once read that you should eat six pieces of fruits or vegetables every day and since then I have been trying to follow that advice. In addition to a healthy diet I go to the gym every day or every second day. Exercising helps keep me healthy and it also gives me more energy. A new way I would like to try to keep my body and mind healthier is by practicing meditation. I have meditation before but it didn’t catch my interest, maybe because of my poor patience. But I’m sure that meditation can help keep your stress levels low, which can sometimes be a problem for me.

Get your omega, limit calories and saturated fat, eat more fluits and vegitables, drink green tea and prink wine in moderation. These are important. So we need to have fish, limit junk food or snacks and it is necessary to think about health and have something good for you.

Meditation means the act of remaining in a silent and clam state for a period of time. Meditation helps many different types of conditions, including depression, and anxiety. Meditation also can improve focus, concentration, and learning and reasoning skills. I can improve my memory and brain by Meditation. Actually, I don't meditate, so I should take 10~20 minutes a day to do meditation.
